Chaplaincy Rome Trip

A four-day trip to Rome for LTU students including,
- a visit to AI-powered search engine Magesterium AI
- a meeting at the Vatican with AI/Ethics experts
- a joint lecture and social with students from the University of Mary (Rome campus)
- Mass at the Vatican (optional)
- free time/sightseeing

The cost of the trip (£675) includes: Return flights from Manchester Airport, Travel Insurance, Bed & Breakfast accommodation (3 nights), Local travel to arrange activities & Airport Transfers in Italy

You will need to bring additional money for lunches, dinners and any personal spending/sightseeing

By submitting this booking and payment you are accepting the following terms:

-         The deposit paid to secure my place on the trip is non-refundable and non-returnable, except where the event organisers cancel the trip or make an amendment to the trip which means that the trip can no longer proceed as originally booked

-          I agree to pay the full outstanding balance by the payment deadline specified by the University.

-         I understand that failure to pay the outstanding balance by the required deadline may result in the cancellation of my place on the trip. In such circumstances, I will forfeit any deposit already paid, and I will not be entitled to participate in the trip.

-         I understand that my participation in the trip is subject to my compliance with the University's Code of Conduct, together with any specific rules or requirements communicated to me in relation to the trip.

-         I understand that the University reserves the right to remove me from the trip, either before departure or during the trip, if I fail to comply with the University's Code of Conduct or other applicable requirements. Any costs or losses arising from such removal may be my responsibility.
