Owing to the ongoing COVID-19 virus and the requirement for staff to work remotely, we are currently only able to produce replacement certificates and transcripts at limited times due to campus access. This may delay your request being mailed out. Should you choose to submit a request at this time, we will store your application and payment until we are able to produce your replacement document.
For students who completed their studies from 1997 to present, digital Confirmation of Award Letters (basic) and Results Statements can be offered as an alternative during this period. These are free of charge and can be emailed direct to a third party from Leeds Trinity Records if required. Please request these by downloading the replacement document request form at the bottom of the Alumni Transcripts, Certificates and Statements page.

Detailed statement for PGCE students who graduated from 1982 to present
We have some PGCE Transcripts available in our archives for students graduating 1992 to 1997, otherwise we can provide an official statement confirming dates studied and award details, this will not include individual result information as PGCE is a non modular programme. We can provide a copy of the prospectus pages which details the breakdown of the course or if we have a copy of the handbook we can email this to you- please advise on the form if this is required.
Please also note that Leeds Trinity University does not have access to electronic records for students completing pre 1997. This information is held in our archives. We will always aim to provide as much information as possible about your results, however owing to the age of the records, the information may be limited.
We charge £20 for replacement copies of documents. Additional copies are charged at £5 per extra copy provided that you request all copies at the same time. Please select the extra copies option which is a seperate product in this section of the store.
Postage to one UK address will be by standard second class post (untracked) and is included in the price. Postage to one UK address by recorded delivery will incur an additional charge of £5. Postage is a seperate product in this section.
Postage to one overseas address will be by standard airmail (untracked) and is included in the price. Postage to one overseas address by International Signed for will incur an additional charge of £10. Postage is a seperate product in this section.
We aim to produce these documents within 20 working days of receiving your payment, however at certain peak times of the year the processing time may be slightly longer. Please note: Any requests for an update on the progress of your order may delay the process.
